Terms & Conditions

Following the free consultation between Pawsome Walks and the pet’s owner, please see below our terms and conditions.

You are required to fill a consultation form allowing Pawsome Walks to gather important information about your pet.

All information given by the pet’s owner must be correct.

Any false information given (i.e. dog not aggressive, vaccination records…) will result in the termination of the contract.

We require that all dogs and cats are fully vaccinated, micro chipped and regularly treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

Kennel cough vaccination for dogs is highly recommended.

If a dog suffers from Kennel cough, Pawsome Walks reserve the right to not walk the dog until he/she has reached a recovery stage.

In the event of an emergency, Pawsome Walks will contact the owner as soon as possible to inform of any incident.

If your pet needs urgent veterinary care, Pawsome Walks will take your pet to the nearest vet so appropriate professional care is provided.

Pawsome Walks will not cover vet bills and we advise your dog is fully insured.

If your dog suffers from aggressive behaviour or represents a risk to public safety, Pawsome Walks will decline to provide services.

Please note that in the unfortunate event of a dog attack, whether the client’s dog is the aggressor or the victim, Pawsome Walks bears no responsibility to any costs incurred.

We highly recommend that all dogs are neutered.

Should your dog impregnate or be impregnated by another dog while under our supervision, Pawsome Walks bears no responsibility for any consequences including any financial damages.

If you are happy for your dog to be exercised off the lead, please ensure she/he will return upon command. Your dog will not be let off the lead without your consent.

However, all new dogs are very likely to be walked on the lead for the first few walks until we feel comfortable with their recall.

Each walk will last an hour from arrival at the park.

Pawsome Walks aim to offer flexibility for all dog owners.

This is why walks are usually in the mid to late morning and early to mid-afternoon and not at a specific time.

Pawsome Walks will not be responsible for any damage caused by the pet in the owner’s property while the owner is away. and will not be responsible for the loss or harnesses and collars during the walks.

Pawsome Walks request booking to be ideally made 24 hours in advance to avoid any disappointment.

A minimum of 2 group walks per week with set days is required to join Pawsome Walks.

If you require last minute care, Pawsome Walks will endeavour to accommodate your pet’s requirements.

Booking your daily slots weeks in advance will ensure your pet doesn’t miss out.

Walk and visit cancellation can only be made 48 hours in advance.

If a cancellation occurs under the 48 hours requested, full payment is still required.

If you decide you no longer require services from Pawsome Walks, please provide one weeks’ written notice.
